What’s not included?

Labour to move, install or dismantle space, cleaning services are not included. Decorations, lights, or electricity are not included (electricity can be ordered through the hotel - Encore)

Spaces are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsors with tradeshow spaces included as benefits will be given selection preference.


When is payment due?

Payment in full is required before access to the tradeshow is permitted.


What’s the cancellation policy?

Cancellations prior to November 2, 2026, will receive a 50% refund; no refunds will be issued for cancellations after that date.


How do I increase my booth experience?

Global Convention Services is the primary exhibitor provider for the conference, offering a wide range of services to enhance your booth experience. You can conveniently order booth furnishings and display items, arrange advance warehouse and onsite material handling and more through their user-friendly online platform.

After registering for Dairy Focus Atlantic, you will receive a Welcome email from Global with instructions on how to create a secure account on their online portal.
