All of Atlantic Canada’s dairy farmers  together, in one spot, over two days, and focused on one thing – the dairy industry! What better way to reach your target  audience than becoming an Exhibitor at Dairy Focus Atlantic 2020!

We are exposing our sponsors, exhibitors, and advertisers to more regional dairy farmers than ever before.

To ensure inclusion in the booklet, your forms and ads will need to be submitted by December 30, 2019.The  deadline to book an exhibit space is  February 18, 2020.

EXHIBITOR  PACKAGE  $750+tax

INCLUDES

·One 8’ wide x 6’ deep exhibit space

·One 6’ skirted table & two chairs

·Access to sessions & meals for two

booth representatives

·Company listing in the conference  booklet

·Company listing on conference website

·Company listed on lanyard (tradeshow floorplan given to all conference attendees)

DOES NOT INCLUDE

·Labor to move, install or  dismantle space

Cleaning services, electricity, decorations or lights. Please note: these and other options can be ordered directly through Global Convention Services


Spaces are reserved on a first-come,  first-serve basis based on payment date.  Sponsors with tradeshow spaces  included as benefits will be given  selection preference.

Once forms and payments have been  processed, official confirmation will be  sent. Exhibitors are encouraged to book  early for the best space. Tradeshow set-  up will be 7:00 - 11:00 PM Tuesday, March  20th and 6:00 - 8:00 AM Wednesday,  March 21st. BOOTH SET-UP MUST BE  COMPLETE BY 8:00 AM MARCH 21st.

No booth may be dismantled before 1:30  PM Thursday, March 22nd. Move out must be completed by 4:00 PM.

NOTE: Conference organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items.  Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring all valuables are safely stored whenever their booth is unattended.

Payment in full is required before access to the tradeshow is permitted.  Cancellations prior to March 2, 2020 will receive a 50% refund; no refunds will be issued for cancellations after that date. 

Global Convention Services is providing services to the tradeshow.  If you need to ship items, they must be shipped to Global.  Additional booth accoutrements may be booked through Global.
